1. 提取轨迹特定帧
2. 聚类
3. mdtraj.baker_hubbard：Identify hydrogen bonds based on cutoffs for the Donor-H…Acceptor distance and angle.
   还是要多学下python怎么写，天天老用AI真的不行 *补充，gmx select 可以动态选取轨迹的范围输出每一帧的index
